Music at Peace
Martin Luther wrote, "Music is a fair and glorious gift of God. Music makes people kinder, gentler, more staid and reasonable. Music is the only art capable of affording peace and joy of the heart…"
Music is central to worship at Peace and we have been blessed with talented musicians and choir. Whether you attend our Contemporary Styled Worship, or our Traditional Worship, you will have the opportunity to share in musical praises to our God.
Our classic Teller Pipe Organ is used during our Traditional Worship Service.
Choir
We are blessed to have a 16 member Choir singing all four parts – Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass. We employ a wide variety of music styles, from very traditional to more modern versions of sacred music.
Additional, special music is offered at various times throughout the year, especially during Church Holidays so that we might always have a deep and rich experience in worship.
Our Chancel Choir sings every Sunday from mid September through mid June. In the summer there is always special music being offered in worship.
